You missed the most important factors. To begin with, are we talking about mowing our lawn or needing a tractor? Nobody cares what they can tow with a zero turn. A zero-turn is strictly for cutting grass. Apples and oranges. Now, if you are comparing the two simply for cutting grass the important piece of information is that a zero turn is absolute garbage on uneven or sloping ground. If your yard looks like a fairway at the golf course a zero turn is your best bet if it looks more like one of the bunkers you're screwed.

If we could keep our 6 331 and 333 going would be awesome. Deers drive motors are completely junk not enough oil capacity. The bucket pins are completely junk

DO ROLL UP DOORS ALREADY!! That is the one reason im back and forth between a kubota and a deere 333. If the deere had roll up doors it would be a no brainer for me.

I’ll stick with my garden tractor. Can’t mow my ditches with a zero turn. Can’t mow as steep of side slopes with the zero turn. Longer wheelbase of my tractor is much smoother mowing rough yard areas.

Love my old 318 tractor. Got a pretty small lawn but a long driveway and that tractor is a lifesaver with the snow plow on it. 8 suitcase weights on the back and that thing will go through anything

Relief was definitely turned down on the Kubota, my 75-3 will lift the rear end off the ground if you pick up something too heavy even with weights and full tank of fuel. Typical Deere misinformation.

Hopefully they did something about the junk bucket pins and cheap bucket couplers. We run 7 of them and i would not buy another one

Nope riders suck and I’ve always loved them and used them but my rider broke down and my neighbor let me use his zero turn and omg that is the only way to mow. It’s way faster and has a much better cut literally shaved 45 minutes off mowing time. Just use an atv or vehicle to tow something. Goodbye riders

Nothing runs like a Deere , except the cost of implements and a place to store or park them when not in use.

If you want to do anything other than mow pretty little stripes then don't waste your money on a zero turn! It will just disappoint you because they are absolutely useless for anything other than mowing fast. Plus they are not good for traction in anything other than ideal conditions.

Kinda funny I run a 97-2 and I can easily move a 20ft concrete barrier were my bosses 331 deere has trouble with a 15ft barrier 😂

If you want to mow twice as fast, get a zero turn

Both of these mowers are garbage. You need a proper diesel tractor with a flail mower. I’ve had riders and a zero turn and they are underpowered junk that will get busted up in a few hours when you encounter brush, rocks, stumps, scrap metal, ect. My flail mower has survived the equivalent of WWIII and it keeps on going. Trust me it’s worth getting a proper used tractor and some attachments, you won’t regret it.

We have 3 333gs in our rental fleet had to stop renting them with bushhog attachment over heating big time coolers were plugging up had to take service truck out and blow them all out these are the hardest machines to work on and the junkiest machine that junk Deere makes!!!

So both are lawnmower's, depending on acres or size of yard zero turns be the way to go.. can pull carts, etc, around with a zero..

I have owned both. John deere has very strong hydraulic. But that's it the machine is poorly built. My kobuta is very well built, never had a single problem what so ever

I have craftsman ZS 6500 and my 2006 Chevy Colorado died and I was able to pull out of the way with my mower. No problems. Don’t recommend doing that but it worked if you don’t know what you’re doing you will smoke your belt real quick.

Still running the same old 3.1 liter yanmar motor with a reflash to hit a pie in the sky number of 118hp. But its torque we need in these CTL’s not horsepower and it’s still down on displacement to the competition. Time will tell how it performs in triple digit Texas heat with a mulching head 8 hours a day for an entire summer. Hopefully better than the 333 which needs a roof cooler to even have a prayer.
